Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Pythia (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Pythia.

1. The Service

Pythia computes Vedic (sidereal) birth charts and related calculations and lets you discuss them with an AI guide. Features include chart casting, dasha and transits, yogas, Ashtakavarga, Guna Milan compatibility, and saved people and conversations.

2. Guidance only — not professional advice

Astrology and numerology readings are provided for guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, psychological or other advice, and are not statements of fixed fact or certain outcomes. Readings are generated in part by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Any decision you make based on Pythia is your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility & your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Pythia.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Only add another person's birth details if you have their consent to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or to harm, harass or infringe others;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law;
  • misrepresent your identity or another person's.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the birth details and messages you provide. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you (including sending relevant data to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design, code and content (other than your own content), belongs to Pythia and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

7. Third-party services

Pythia relies on third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy). Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pythia and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Pythia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
